We modernized Inovum’s workplace and IT infrastructure to support a new Social Intranet and enhance cybersecurity. Our work included an IT sourcing scan, managing the selection process, and overseeing service contracting. We also provided a Project Manager for the workplace upgrade. This ensures a future-proof, stable, and high-quality IT environment.

Pink Elephant – ITSM improvement to ensure customer satisfaction
Pink Elephant strives to make IT personal by continuously improving its services. Following an ITIL assessment, we developed an action plan to enhance service performance. This plan focuses on improving incident resolution, customer satisfaction, and overall efficiency.

VGZ – Sourcing advisory to support the cloud strategy
VGZ is transitioning its applications to SaaS and public cloud, requiring a revised supplier strategy. ‘van Dorp’ acts as a sourcing advisor, supporting service redesign and supplier selection. We assist VGZ through all procurement phases, from initiation and RFP to contracting, ensuring a smooth and strategic transition.

Royal Swinkels Family Brewers has transitioned to managing IT suppliers rather than handling all IT tasks internally, improving efficiency and resource allocation. We developed a comprehensive Target Operating Model (TOM) to define roles, governance, and key IT functions. This ensures strategic alignment, clear accountability, and continuous improvement. With this model, they gain flexibility and innovation while retaining control over their IT landscape.

The research covered incident, problem, change, asset, and service management, using frameworks like ITIL4, FitSM, ISO 20000, and COBIT. This provided insights into process maturity and optimization opportunities.
