Feenstra and its Managed Service Provider (MSP) have had an agreement for the provision of IT services for quite some time. This agreement needs to be renewed. It is crucial for Feenstra that this new agreement includes IT services that continuously support Feenstra’s business.

Inovum – Renewal of Workplace environment to ensure continuity, stability and a secure environment

We modernized Inovum’s workplace and IT infrastructure to support a new Social Intranet and enhance cybersecurity. Our work included an IT sourcing scan, managing the selection process, and overseeing service contracting. We also provided a Project Manager for the workplace upgrade. This ensures a future-proof, stable, and high-quality IT environment.

Pink Elephant strives to make IT personal by continuously improving its services. Following an ITIL assessment, we developed an action plan to enhance service performance. This plan focuses on improving incident resolution, customer satisfaction, and overall efficiency.

We assist VGZ through all procurement phases, from initiation and RFP to contracting, ensuring a smooth and strategic transition.

Royal Swinkels Family Brewery – Design and implement IT Target Operating Model (TOM) to support the new IT sourcing strategy

Royal Swinkels Family Brewers has transitioned to managing IT suppliers rather than handling all IT tasks internally, improving efficiency and resource allocation. We developed a comprehensive Target Operating Model (TOM) to define roles, governance, and key IT functions. This ensures strategic alignment, clear accountability, and continuous improvement. With this model, they gain flexibility and innovation while retaining control over their IT landscape.

We designed a streamlined structure and a new Target Operating Model (TOM) with improved reporting and meeting frameworks. For the past years ASICS is using ServiceNow as their ITSM tooling. To ensure this cooperation will last for next years, we renewed and adjusted the contract, including newly requirements and service reporting.

ASICS – Selection Managed Service Provider for cloud capacity

ASICS is using AWS for their global business workloads in all regions. Although most of the usage is contracted under a single ‘Private Pricing Addendum’, there are still some regions with their own AWS contract. All regions are managing their own environment (internally or outsourced) for continuity, security and capacity usage. We are therefore entered a selection process for a managed service Supplier that will helps ASICS to deliver a sustainable AWS environment that supports future initiatives.

Pink Elephant – Assessing the ITIL processes to create a clear process maturity overview

We conducted a full assessment of Pink Elephant’s key ITIL processes, evaluating their description, implementation, execution, and improvement. The research covered incident, problem, change, asset, and service management, using frameworks like ITIL4, FitSM, ISO 20000, and COBIT. This provided insights into process maturity and optimization opportunities.

ASICS recently switched from Google-suite to Microsoft365. This switch has created a great need for Microsoft365 knowledge in the regions, to support their users. This mainly concerns 2nd and 3rd line support due to changing to the applications of Microsoft365 like SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange online.
