Hunkemöller – Selection SAP S/4 Fashion transformation
Hunkemöller is successfully using SAP Retail since 2008. With the growth of their business globally and in different sales channels, Hunkemöller needed to upgrade from their current set up (SAP Retail) to SAP S/4 HANA Fashion. The first step was to move to a new cloud environment.
After transitioning the SAP environment to a Cloud environment, Hunkemöller was ready for the next phase: transformation from ECC Retail to S/4 Fashion.
We managed the process of selecting a transformation partner and managed service provider for the global SAP S/4 HANA environment of customer’s primary business processes. Via dialogue sessions we questioned potential market parties and were we able to formulate and create a complete tender for which the parties in the market could make an offer.
The activities consist of 4 phases;
- Managing the process to define the exact scope, process blueprints, transformation, and service requirements, service levels and management of the environment.
- Managing dialogue sessions (RFD) to validate and adjust the request for proposal (RFP) and creating a shortlist based on the dialogue session to send out the RFP.
- Supervising the selection process and making an objective comparison of both quality and financial comparison.
- Managing and validating contracting of services (MSA, DPA, GDPR, blueprints, transformation and service delivery & SLA documents)
