VGZ – Sourcing advisory
VGZ needs to adjust its supplier strategy and has therefore decided to further transition its applications to SaaS or a public cloud environment. In this process, they have asked ‘van Dorp’ to act as a sourcing advisor.
For part of the application landscape, the decision has been made to move away from an existing supplier. Support is needed for this program to redesign the services. Some of this will be handled by VGZ itself, while external service providers will need to be selected for other parts.
