Pink Elephant aims to continuously improve its services and make IT personal. Assessing the IT Service Management processes gives Pink Elephant a clear view on where success can be enhanced.

Following the ITIL assessment conducted earlier this year, we developed an action plan to enhance service performance.

To provide further context, the ITIL assessment identified several areas for improvement within the service management processes, including incident resolution times, customer satisfaction scores, and overall service efficiency. The action plan was built around addressing these specific issues by streamlining processes, reducing redundancies, and fostering better communication and collaboration across teams.
