Pink Elephant has grown rapidly the past years. To ensure that all existing and new customers are served with the right quality, a renewed service organization was implemented.

We designed and implemented a simplified organization structure and designed a new TOM with updated reporting and meeting structures. We tackled issues by streamlining processes, reducing redundancies, and fostering better communication and collaboration across teams.

The new Target Operating Model (TOM) emphasizes a more agile and responsive service delivery approach. It includes clearly defined roles and responsibilities, ensuring that each team member understands their part in the service management lifecycle. The updated reporting structures facilitate more timely and accurate data collection, enabling us to make informed decisions quickly.

Additionally, the revised meeting structures promote greater transparency and accountability, allowing for regular review and adjustment of our strategies based on feedback.
