About Joep van Dorp
I have been working within IT sourcing area since the late 90’s. In doing so, I have always focused on the interests of all involved parties with an open and transparent way of working. This ensures a lasting relationship that grows in time, based on trust.
After having managed the P&L of large IT outsourcing deals for many years, I made a conscious choice to continue as a sourcing consultant. It is my belief that when customer and supplier have an open, transparent and unambiguous way of working together, there is a win-win situation for all parties. Supplier knows what is important for the customer’s business, the customer understands why the supplier needs to implement certain developments. Being able to implement this way of selecting and contracting IT services, shaped with the involved parties is what gives me the joy and energy to work as a sparring partner for my clients every day.
As a person, I look at things always in a positive way. Can’t do does not exist. Nothing is too crazy, I have an intrinsic drive to achieve goals. My leisure activities mainly consist of sports and being outside to discover new tracks.
